We are waiving the $75 installation fee for customers who stay with us for a year. If you choose to leave us before a year is over, we’ll bill you for the $75 installation fee.

The waived installation fee includes installing EPB Fiber Optic products everywhere you have an existing connection. This includes all existing phone jacks, Internet and cable connections in the various locations in your home or office.

There is no cost for adding or removing services later. However, if you choose to disconnect your EPB Fiber Optics services before you’ve been with us for a year, we’ll bill you $75 to recover some of the cost of the initial installation.

This depends on the wiring that is already in your home. If your home has relatively new wiring, we will use what is already there. If your home’s wiring is not capable of delivering the best quality from Fi TV, Fi-Speed Internet or Fi Phone, we will replace the wiring that is currently running to your existing jacks.

When doing our initial installation, we have a fee of $29.99 per extra jack installed. If you need us to return at a later date to install additional jacks in your home or office, we have a fee of $39.99 each.

Yes. An adult (18 years or older) must be home at the time of installation. This person needs to be prepared to answer questions on wiring preferences and provide access to the areas where the fiber optics run such as a basement, cellar, exterior of the home, etc.
